I don't think this was implied by that subsection, which describes
a number of important event composition operators (such as 
SequentialOccurrence, ParallelOccurrence, Absence, etc.). Clearly
such compositions can be nested, and it has to be defined, which
nestings are admitted/meaningful.

The current version of our white paper is still in a draft state,
so we have to improve and extend it gradually to address these
issues.
