[Reaction-tg] Several operators/rule?

Maybe there should be some discussion in the paper about how the the
semantics of some operators change if they are nested? Here I'm thinking
specifically about sequencing operators. Something like the
sequence, relative and prior operators used in ODE to show the need for
different kinds of sequencing operators when the sequence consist more or
less complex nestings of operators.
Maybe there are some other issues that comes from nesting operators also?
