Action Items
   Asaf will send reaction rules white paper to the mailing list.
   Team will send comments on the white paper by 27/01/04. We will discuss
   these no the next call.
   Asaf will check if it possible to get yahoo archive in one file
   Asaf will check possibility to host reaction rules site.
