[RuleML-all] Probable error in RuleML 0.91 Example file

Hi all,

I can not validate the following example file against RuleML 0.91 NafDatalog
schema:

http://www.ruleml.org/0.91/exa/NegationDatalog/nafdatalog/competitor.ruleml

After moving the Query element out of the Assert one and adding an Atom
element right under Query, the validation works fine.

Maybe this is something that requires correction on your side?
