[RuleML-all] take 1.0 released

Hi,

We have just released take - an open source rule compiler (as opposed to an
inference engine) for derivation rules written in Java. Dynamic (runtime)
compilation of rules is supported through the Java 1.6 compiler API and
custom classloaders.
There is no RuleML interface (yet) but we are working on interfaces for R2ML
and Mandarax (and Mandarax has a RuleML driver).
